Please note two things. 1) I have a gate to the backyard that a previous vendor noted as being difficult to get through with a commercial mower. 2) Previous vendor rescheduled 5 times so my grass is higher than normal but understand there may be an additional charge.

Easy access lawn for front and back

Front and back yard. Need to use a push mower. Only way to get to back yard is stairs off of deck.

Our dog is kept indoors but has access to the fenced back yard - however we can keep him inside during the cut. The back yard is narrow but long, and the front yard is somewhat hilly.

The 2 side gates should both be unlocked. But the dogs are loose in the backyard, so please call when you’re on your way over and I’ll lock them in the house. I’m also open to you just mowing the front yard (not the back) if you want to quote that too.
