i have it set up to be mowed every 2 weeks and now they said they are not doing the mow because its to long but this was the agreement and has not been an issue since the start. Also making me pay double for a "first mow" even though they have been cutting my grass for the last 2-3 months

His price was better than the other quotes and he was willing to do what might end up being a one time cut. He contacted me on the original scheduled day and said he needed to do it the next as storms were moving in. He got it done early the next morning and didn't complain or upcharge me even though my lawn was well overdue for a cut. I'd definitely use him again.
