Received a welcome/thank you call, which was nice. Crew arrived as scheduled and provided safe no-contact service. Only issue is with the cut pattern in the back yard. Prefer nice mowing lines and it seemed to be cut in a random way that didn't leave it looking clean and organized. Could be that the grass was just too long. Will try this service again to see if it is better the next time when grass is shorter.
