Wanting the lawn it as short as possible in the front and back. It’s a bit overgrown, about 12”, maybe more or less in certain areas. It’s not a huge yard.

Our yard is all a hill so push mowing is the only option. Random stumps by the driveway so best to weed eat that area

Please make sure you have the right equipment to mow the front and the yard area before bidding and accepting the job to avoid any confusion or wasted time. There is a retaining wall in the back yard that limits access, so a light weight push mower is needed to lift it down and mow those areas.
