No gate, front and back lawn need to be cut

Mow outside of fence by about half distance between neighbors or to obvious cut lines. Side gate at about 3feet. Also have a back gate that has much wider opening. Just purchased house looking for weekly or biweekly service through the mowing season.

One small tree in front area, two trees in corner of back area. Small firepit in back.

Please watch out for holes in the backyard. Also, please cut the side of the house near the AC unit and also as close to the fence as possible.

An above ground pool is in the back yard with surrounding deck. If initial job goes well there could be additional work, such as, landscaping, fence line clean out and tree pruning.

Front yard open, back yard gate 46" across. I have a small mower if yours won't fit through the gate, it just needs gas/oil.

We are renters...so we just need the grass to be cut and look clean. Nothing fancy. Could we please have the grass cut a little lower down...like on the lowest setting possible? Thanks!

We have a privacy fence that is about 4-5 feet wide of an opening. NEED PUSH MOWER.

Only cut the front yard this time. Also I believe the patch of grass to the right of the driveway needs to be mowed.
