Fenced in yard - gate is larger for riders Please be aware of both spotlights and sprinkler heads along the fence line.. Current lawn company has broken several of each. Please do not move the table and just weed wack underneath and weed whack the fence line on outside.

More Dirt than Grass, would like it cut short.
I do have a fence around back yard with small gate. My back yard is mostly weeds and dirt.
The fruit trees have a metal ring around them. Weed eat around the tree inside the ring as well since you can not mow around them.
7.9' fence gate on the side of the house, fenced in yard. 61.44' back width, 66' length in backyard fenced area. Front yard is 44.9' length, 61.44' width.

There is a flag pole hole on the front lawn and the back lawn has two small sections with and a large section split by a side walk.
I expect the normal service which is cutting, trimming and airblow. I have small pets which is why I prefer to have the lawn cut low. The front of the house doesn't have much to cut & the back is a normal yard for a size 3 room 2 bath 1 port garage.
Double door fence can fit any size mower in there. Very small yard, takes me 15 min max with my push mower. I am renting the house out in August and looking for a bi-weekly cut during summer, and maybe a monthly cut during winter.

Back yard is divided to keep my dog on the left side of my house. You dont have to cut inside his fenced area. It's a small front yard and the right side and back is an area we are trying to get grass to grow.

Riding mower can get through the gate. We have a dog but she doesn’t stay out side. Occasionally I might want other things done but not every week.
