How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
For 9 years I have been a landscaper. I started out as a summer grunt who wanted to make some extra cash and keep in shape at the same time. Now I am a college graduate with degrees in botany, agriculture, arboriculture, IPM, landscape design, and permaculture. Owning my business, being able to experience the weather each day, and turning your properties into pictures of profusely pretty plants is my passion.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
We stand apart not only by our exceptional attention to detail but also because we are a full service business. We offer tree care from trimming to clean outs, pruning to health check ups, from storm hazard evaluations and full removal of any size tree. We offer earthworks (hills removed or installed/new lawn areas graded), water features (such as fountains, ponds, sprinklers, and irrigation), hardscaping (stone stepping paths, stone patios, stone stairways, and rock retaining walls), and more. We offer roof cleaning, inspection, gutter cleaning, and bee/wasp removal. We offer shrub trimming and hedgerow maintenance. We offer organic, non-polluting solutions to garden pests and weeds. We offer invasive species solutions, ebible landscape design and installation, gardens, flower beds, and orchard services. You name it, we can do it for you.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
Feel free to ask me any questions and tell all your landscape dreams. My job is to make you feel comfortable and to make your vision a reality.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
Meeting people, being in the fresh air, and looking upon my work as a masterpiece. Hundreds and hundreds of little brush strokes in just the right place to create a wonder for the eye to behold. Creating such pleasant landscapes to look at gives me great satisfaction.
What areas do you mainly service?
Seattle, south Seattle, west Seattle, burien, tukwila, Kent, gorgetown, South Park, Normandy Park, Shorewood. While these are my main areas of operation I will consider traveling farther for larger projects.
