Front gate is standard size no lock.

Only quote to mow the front yard for now. There is no fence in the front. The back has a fence, I have other means of keeping the back yard taken care of.

Normal fence gate. Trim lawn edges. Dog usually in house, will make sure locking in house before service.

I would like the services to start with relatively basic mowing (just get it done neatly) but to have that expand to more full fledged services such as hardscaping / landscaping / french drains, etc.
