Hi Jordan, My mistake was communicating with you from the moment they got there by "texting". Once the crew arrived and it was seen that the lawn was overgrown and the fee that was bid would need to be adjusted, I should have "called" you. Texting does NOT convey tone and I in no way intended to convey that we thought you were lying or trying to trick us about the condition of the lawn. I'm terrible sorry that you felt that way. As for the hibiscus, it was a horrible mistake that we felt terrible about. Kevin is deaf and reads lips. My son Chris, the owner, felt he communicated "don't" mow the hibiscus but cut the grass at 4" setting and Kevin somehow thought Chris said cut at 4" and yes including the small plants. It wouldn't be the first time someone had us mow something down that we didn't think they would, so Kevin didn't question what he believed Chris was saying. Of course in hind sight Kevin is very upset he made such a mistake. Again our sincerest apologies, and we will get the three pink and one red hibiscus plants to you as soon as possible. I really appreciate that there were some branches removed from the plant beds and moved to the side. Wasn't expecting that. Only other feedback was that I was expecting the tall grass cut by where the baby palm is. It's in the center of the lawn right by the public sidewalk, there's a whole section that I'd like trimmed as well with the weed whacker I'd imagine. Is that possible?
