With the knowledge that the lawn was long I will not dispute the charges. However with the additional charges I would have hoped they would have done a cleaner job. Grass trimmings were left all over the walkways, and the grass would not have been as long if the service had been completed two weeks ago when it had been originally requested. My hope is that following this mow their efforts to make it look nice and come on time will be greater. Relieved to have the lawn mowed, but disappointed in the quality of the work.

How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
We have been maintaining properties from snow plowing to lawn maintenance for a combined 20 years. We like what we do and do it well.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
There are many lawn services out here today and we do work with some of them from time to time. They are all very well equipped and educated for what they do and it’s always a pleasure working with them.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
Look at their attitude and their equipment. There are a lot of places out there that don’t carry the correct insurance or use higher end equipment putting you and your property at risk.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
We like the customer interaction the most about this job.
