How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
It starts with leadership. Leadership has to walk the walk and not hold others accountable to standards they don’t hold for themselves. A landscaping company is only as good as the leaders that run it. This sets the tone. Both internally and externally. It’s easy to have a fancy and catchy mission statement on the wall of every office when you walk in, it’s difficult to practice and lead by these values. Leaders walk the talk.
