Canceled. Provider said that he checked the property and did not need it to cut the grass??
Very unprofessional, I texted him to a phone number give in the app to ask when would he be able to come to the property to do the lawn care and never replied. Then changed the appointment for a different day, sent a message through the app to ask if he could let me know when he comes because we have dogs that like to be in the backyard, so we can make sure the dogs are inside when he is there.. read the messages and never replied. Changed the appointment for a different day, never let me know he was on his way so we can assure the dogs aren’t outside, and when he gets there changes the price of the service and never even did the service and cancelled the appointments himself. Horrible experience!
Canceling all appointments
