There is a single chain link fence at the front but a large double, wooden gate in the alley for a larger mower. We have 2 dogs who will be inside but there will likely be some dog feces in the back yard.

It's a duplex yard. Not very big. It's fenced in back, but there are a few feet of grass behind the fence where the property lines meet that needs cutting as well.

Alley access for larger mowers or side gate for a push mower. We have fencing and would need some weed wacking.

My back yard has an inground pool, a gumball tree, and dog waste so the first time through may be a little bit of a challenge :). The first quote will need to include an additional quote for fall/winter clean up and one for mulching front flower beds.
