Came twice, crystal was easy to speak with however person who arrived was in a small car with just a weed eater. I asked for the person to call before arriving, so we could walk the very small yard. Left clippings, didn’t fix half of the issues and not worth the $40 payment for a small yard. Would and will not use again for my place
