After multiple failed scheduling attempts I unfortunately had to fire Grass Masters. On several occasions I reached out asking to be added to their route for the week, and again, on several occasions I was told that I would be serviced but the team never showed up or alerted me that they would not be coming until days after when I had to follow up myself. On the two instances they actually showed up they did a good job on my lawn, but their customer service is not good. Would not recommend for regularly scheduled appointments.

We are insured to protect both the customer and ourself up to $2M. We specialize in lawn service both commercial and residential. I am very creative and would love to tackle your landscape design needs along with installing mulch, flowers, ornamentals, decorative rocks and small trees. We can fully manage your property needs, we have the equipment and knowledge to aerate, seed and fertilize as well. During the fall and peak leaf season we offer blowing, vacuuming and complete leaf removal. Me and my husband pride ourselves in our customer service skills and ensuring complete satisfaction. How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I have been landscaping for my personal enjoyment for nearly 20 years. Over the years me and my husband bought and remodeled several homes. I always enjoyed applying my creativity to the inside design, but my real joy came with turning the yards from something bland, into something WOW! I find working outside brings peace to my mind and it gradually transpired into a career! I have been serving customers professionally now for over a decade. I am a very competitive individual and pride myself in competing to be the best. I look forward to providing you with the best lawn & landscape service you have ever received hands down!!
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
I am willing to communicate, inform and understand my customers needs. I believe in going over and beyond to ensure we retain every customer we ever visit. We guarantee we will arrive on schedule, and provide a superior finished product. It is sad but so many in our Industry do not have customer service skills.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
HIRE A PROFESSIONAL!! I am Licensed & insured. Every service we are hired complete is done so to perfection. Mowing, cleanup, trimming & pruning, mulch & ornamental planting, complete landscape design & construction. Be sure to look at all the providers reviews and remember you pay for what you get! Most of the time reliable, qualified, and quality service is worth a few extra bucks! Plus I am licensed & insured. If you are interested in a complete transformation I will be happy to draw your property and we can go over mulch, and plant design and placement.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
I have been landscaping for almost 20 years. Only during COVID when my work slowed and I needed the flexibility with having two young kids did I take it up full time. I enjoy working out doors and transforming a project into a finished product.
