Front yard accessible by Payne, small back lawn can be reached through a side gate. Back lawn is fenced in. Overgrown A bit right now because of the rain and complications with scheduling from my previous mower.

Large number of trees,tree limbs and overgrown grass and weeds will need to be addressed to get this jungle looking marginally acceptable.

There is a padlock on the gate, it is not latched. Just swing it around to open.

There is no fence between my yard and the neighbors' yard. The property line is straight from the big tree in the middle of the back fence down to the utility pole between our two driveways. There is a deck in the backyard. The yard is on a slope.

Needs raking under back tree sometimes before cutting. Want yard edged all the way around, but it is small. General pick up of branches and brush regularly...

Fence gate opens from both sides, also there is a above ground pool that need weeding around.

I do have a septic tank lid in the backyard you need to be aware of.
