There Is a back corner to the lot everyone misses the first time. The lot goes to the back post/ rebar lot marker.My last service cancelled on me with no warning because they got too many customers.

There is a backyard and front yard area

Small fenced in back yard with no lock. Fence not as big as property so there’s is mowing inside and out in the back.

The grass is really long - and it's an emergency cut - so we're expecting a surcharge for that - just really hoping someone can help before the 9th

Mow at lowest setting. Weed eat. Leaf blow.

We like our grass to be cut high.

We do have chickens, but they are in a coup. We also have a fence on part of the property. It has a double gate though, so it can accommodate a riding mower.
