Remove splash blocks before mowing, watch out for pipes & deck posts, don't cut weeds separating yard from neighbor's yard in back. Use push mower. Bring bucket & water plants on front step. Make sure water turned completely off. Grass was cut 10 days ago

We just bought the property and haven’t moved in yet. There is a fence in back yard but it’s easy to get through.

The bushes shrubs and volunteers need to be attended to now, we are looking for somebody to get it into shape and then keep it in shape. Probably could use every other week of mostly mowing/edging.
