Dave did an amazing job for us. The lawn was over grown and hadn’t been mowed since mid fall. He was careful not to spray grass in my flower beds and mowed twice in some areas. Dave was so polite and communicated with us promptly. We will definitely use his mowing services this coming season.

How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?

I owned and operated Green Pro - a full service lawn care company - from 1984-1995 in Portland, Oregon. In 1995 I sold Green Pro and started a sandwich shop business in Arizona and expanded to Washington in 1999. my son took over the food service business in 2018 and I now spend my time helping my son and mowing large lawns in the Walla Walla Valley - when I’m not golfing and spending time with my grandchildren.

How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?

I’m very particular about maintaining a well groomed lawn and I’m happy to spend time helping my customers achieve the results they expect.

What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

I recommend hiring lawn care professionals that are willing to give advice and work with other professionals to give the customer the correct type of service they want.

What do you like most about the lawn care industry?

Providing lawn services gives me a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. I spent over a decade managing hundreds of residential and commercial accounts, but I enjoy just taking care of a dozen or lawns and being able to meet customer requests.

What areas do you mainly service?

I only mow lawns with my riding zero turn mowers, so I’m limited on the amount of customers I can accommodate.
