After several years of my Kubota lasting through whatever I threw at it, it one day wouldn't start on me (admittedly I had left it sitting for.....a while....) I called TRSD for help and Will was quick to line up a date to stop by and work on it for me. It turns out the problem was electrical and he had it up and running for me within minutes of arriving. He even took some extra time to talk me through how to help troubleshoot and maintain my tractor in the event that something else went wrong in the future. 5 stars-- great guy and great work!
