I saw a very positive review by someone I'd worked with several years ago (in addition to many other excellent reviews) and contacted Jeff. Though my mower wouldn't start and hadn't been used for quite awhile, Jeff did an amazing and terrific job tuning it up and fixing it. I'd thought the carburetor would need parts or replacement, but he was able to flush it out instead (think that's right--I'm the least mechanical person around!), and he even brought it back to me when I didn't have a way to pick it up right away when ready. It went to him dirty, filthy, and not working--and came back not only starting right up and working better than I ever remember, but also looking shiny and brand new like I'd just bought it! Jeff is professional, personable, and very fair in pricing. He also gave me tips about non-ethanol gas, and I used a station not far from me that he mentioned to get that this week.
