Extremely frustrated with the lack of communication at this shop. I dropped off my Stihl blower for a simple carburetor cleaning, and after a week of hearing nothing, I had to drive down to Camelia Ct just to get an update. Bill was dismissive and told me he 'hadn't gotten to it yet.' I understand being busy, but a simple phone call goes a long way. If you need your equipment back in a reasonable timeframe, you might want to look elsewhere in Savannah.

I wish the website or the signs were clearer about what they don't fix. I spent the time and effort to haul my riding mower down here only to be told they don't service riders at all. The owner wasn't very helpful in suggesting another local small engine repair option either. It was a complete waste of a Saturday morning and a lot of heavy lifting for nothing. Make sure you call ahead because their service list is very limited.

I paid for a full tune-up and blade sharpening on my Honda walk-behind, but when I got it home, the mower was still surging and the cut was uneven.
