Fair lawn mower tune-up at Clay's Power Equipment in Raleigh. I recently ordered a wheel and tire for my Gravely mower and was told it would be about a week to get. We are now on a month and still no tire. Each time I call I am told call back in 2-3 days. Last week I was told there was a mix up in the order and a new order was placed and would be here in 2-3 days. I waited 5 days and still no tire. Today I am told it's on it's way and they will call when it arrives. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will never buy from Clays again.
