Professional mower repair shop in Vancouver, WA — Rude staff. Condescending attitudes. Took our lawn mower in after troubleshooting ourselves. Told them it was probably the carburetor as I've plenty of small engine experience with a mechanic dad, just didn't have the time or desire to fiddle with it. They were originally short and condescending to my partner as he tried relaying our own troubleshooting and consistently talked over him, telling him over and over “It's probably bad gas…it's probably bad gas”. Then when we gave them a chance, paid $160, they gave it a tune up and said it was all good, even though they didn't look at the carburetor at all. Asked them how long they ran it to test it and couldn't get a straight answer. Said I'd bring it back if it didn't work. Well, we just went back because it runs for 5 min and sputters out…like we told them in the beginning. They are continuing to say “bad gas” and that they can't do anything…except charge us another $50 to “take a look at it”. I've written 3-4 reviews of business interactions maybe in my life. This was so absolutely unprofessional that I feel an obligation to our very small community to say something and I do not recommend this business at all. Less than one star if I could.
