Standard quarter acre lot, in Palm Coast. Lawn relatively new as house was just completed a few months ago. Grass is Bahia. Front, back and sides are relatively flat except minor grade required by city for drainage. Need to know specific date and time job will be done, so we can remove dog tie out cables, as all waiting on fence install.
