Out of town owner, will live here part time. Would like the yard mowed, bushes trimmed and planters looked after.

lot is 80" by 150". Just want front yard mowed.

0.75 acre lot - wide gate across the driveway that i will unlock so you can get to the back yard on mow days. Any size mower will fit. There is not much grass in back yard. Big driveway, carport, and buildings in back take up most of yard.

It’s only about an acre that needs cutting.

The lawn is literally just a 10 foot strip of grass I was fined by my renting association and need it cut until January 1 when my lease is up

Back yard is fenced. Trees, pool, and tool shed in yard.

Locked Fence husband is home and will unlock when you arrive just knock on door. We reseeded and the north side of the front lawn is very tender grass and will not be able to be mowed with a riding mower yet with out damaging the fresh seedlings.
