Initially there may be some litter in the yard. I am willing to pay extra for litter removal if it’s a significant amount.

Front lawn cut high, back weeds cut low. no pets in the front but the back has landmines.

The back yard has a bit of a triangular shape. Also there's a large short palm tree in the front yard that covers most of the lawn.

Should be a very quick job! I just moved to Atlantic Beach and don't have a mower yet. I share a duplex with some neighbors, but only my yards need cut. The backyard is roughly 10 feet x 10 feet. The front is half that size.

The gate should be at least 3.5 feet wide to get into the back yard. Also, I may need you more than once but I didn't want to commit to more right now.

I have a pool. Please try not to get a lot of grass in it to avoid having to get it drained ad cleaned again.
