Fairly large front yard on Cul-de-sac lot. Double gate on right (east) side. Above ground pool, decking and sidewalks, and gazebo in back yard. Need front and back mowed and edged/weed eated. How is payment made if no one at home?

Rear lawn is fenced but gates are not locked. Dog is inside unless we are home.

Potential rental property. Yard has been neglected. Need it to just look neat while taking into consideration to not cut any roses,flowering shrubs or trees without asking first.. Of course if the shrub or bush is dead it has to go. I now need a one time.

I have a yard cart in case you ever need to use it.

I have a yard cart in case you ever need to use it.

This is for my mother's yard. Since its winter, we don't need a regular schedule of cutting now. We will need it come spring/ summer months.
