We just moved into this property within the last couple of weeks and are unsure of how long it was on the market. The lawn was not mowed for some time. We attempted to mow the backyard, but it broke our tiny mower :( LOL clearly need some help, here.

Easy job, small front yard; most of the back yard is pool and concrete patio. I would like to have the grass bagged ( I will provide bags, you can just leave it, no need to haul away) as yard is choking on layers of dead grass from earlier yard service.

This is a rental property. The front yard is small and average size back yard. I understand that you do cutting the first visit. is that correct:? Will add on shrub trimming the next visit. I do have 6 bags of mulch for the front and side beds that I would like put on. Janice
