Did a wonderful job the first mow and never showed back up. Sent me texting asking to cancel my service through the app because they no longer use green pal but can still service my lawn, but they never showed up or replied.

Came once never came back. Didn't mow the front yard only the back. Texted me telling me they were not going to work through green pal anymore and if I'd like to continue using them. I said yes. She asked me to cancel all my upcoming lawn servicing appointments. I did as she asked followed up often about when they'd show. Never replied. Very unprofessional. Should of just said you didn't want to do the work.

Fenced yard with two dogs in the house.
Please get areas above retention wall on side of house by fence. Please cut front lawn at 3-1/2” and back at lawn low.
