Haven't gotten lawn cut in months, has many weeds

Mow, edge, and blow front yard - all grass up to neighbor's driveway. Mow and blow backyard. Grass in the backyard is in a small space but is slightly overgrown (6 - 12 inches high).

Some weeds in rock beds should be sprayed also

Very small yard with homes close together in subdivision. Trim bushes in front and 1 small on side of home. Will leave mulch on porch.

We are trying to sell the house, so need it to look a bit more presentable for photos and then a tidy-up every couple weeks.

Quote for back and front. Back is now overgrown, so I don't expect the recurring cuts to cost as much as the first. Its about a foot tall in most places. In the back there are some tall weeds about waist high, that need to be cut.

Small Gate entrance

The yard is fairly small and back currently would not have to be cut. I would like the yard, driveway, flowerbeds etc edged and trimmed in front and back. Thanks!

New house, first lawn

its not a lot grass more funky grass and ivy, we just moved in a month ago. front and back yard. the back yard is fenced and again is funky grass, very short in some place and long in others... I would also like to have some bushes clipped .
