Lawn was cut but had certain patches of grass that was never cut, causing the yard to look slightly uneven. Some edges of the yard still had grass hanging over the side. A certain part of yard was cut when it was requested to not touch that part of the yard. If a consultation was performed upon arrival and prior to the service, there may not have been a lack of communication. Overall, the hard work was appreciated, but there just needs a little improvement regarding effective communication. Thank you for your service!

Should not have mowed the yard when it was so wet. I objected to him adding $25 to my bill because I told him He should not have mowed while it was wet. He should have waited until the grass was dry and now he’s charging me 25 extra dollars for a half done backyard. I highly object.

Good night 1 he never told us not to do his service 2 rather I remove the truck so that we could spend 3 we have months doing his service and he has never been charged an extra dollar being his backyard too big that he could be charged up to 100 dollars and what he pays is $45 for the whole house we even pick up to his dog's poop to be able to do the backyard and when the service is canceled and he lets the weeks go by he grows a lot and because he is charged 25 more he is upset today he looked at us doing service to your neighbor and he didn't tell us anything don't worry he can look for someone else to pick up his dog's poop thank you God bless him
