Lawn was cut but had certain patches of grass that was never cut, causing the yard to look slightly uneven. Some edges of the yard still had grass hanging over the side. A certain part of yard was cut when it was requested to not touch that part of the yard. If a consultation was performed upon arrival and prior to the service, there may not have been a lack of communication. Overall, the hard work was appreciated, but there just needs a little improvement regarding effective communication. Thank you for your service!

Should not have mowed the yard when it was so wet. I objected to him adding $25 to my bill because I told him He should not have mowed while it was wet. He should have waited until the grass was dry and now he’s charging me 25 extra dollars for a half done backyard. I highly object.
