Front yard has grass seed all over it so probably just need the back yard cut

it's a very small yard that needs to be mowed and trimmed.

Fence is Large enough for a ride on mower. We are looking for mowing and edging including the small walk way from driveway to from door. We don’t want this to grow over.

The backyard is fenced - two gates. If possible I would like some general cleanup with the first cut

There is a gate lock, I can give the code upon hiring. This is a rental property so I just need someone reliable that shows up

You'll have to access the big gate into the backyard through the alley behind the house.

There is a fence and steep hills and the yard is 1/2 acre

2 gates to the small backyard, one large, one small. Front yard is a hill, but has only one tree near the bottom.

Small lawn in front and back... only a little weed eating will be needed around the driveway backing up to the alley.

I just purchased this home and it is currently vacant. It needs a good spring cut. There is a natural tree line where no cutting will be needed but it is obvious where the grass is. Thanks!

I will need to move my car to allow mowers to get through gate to backyard on date of service.

I need the yard cleaned up then it will be easy after a harsh weed eating and edging along the driveway and sidewalk etc. I would like the mulch in the front yard pile put in flower beds in front of the house.
