Although communication was only by text, he was respectful and professional. However, he Rescheduled three times and ultimately cancelled. While I was accommodating and understanding, I felt underappreciated and not prioritized. I believe Patrick is taking on more business than he can handle. It would have been better for him to express that he didnt have the time to do the job from the beginning as opposed to rescheduling multiple times and ultimately never completing the job.

However we did inform you the weather significantly delayed the existing clients and we didn’t want you to have to wait any longer being that you were a new client on our route. We did cancel the appointment with you in order for you to get serviced right away by another provider and offered you the option of being regularly maintained with us after your initial cut. We have not taken on more clients then we can service but was simply pushed back due to nonstop thunderstorms and flooding. Again we genuinely apologize that you did not feel like you were priority over existing clients. We at Turf Crushers aim to be as honest, fair and reasonable as possible with all of our clients. However, we can’t control natural occurrences/ nor bad weather. We hope that this at least gives you a peace of mind and provides you clarification on the matter. At Turf Crushers lawn Care we truly appreciate All of our clients and their business!

How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?

5+ With commercial and residential services 2 year of tree cutting and trimming.

How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?

I use all quality equipment, to give my clients best cut quality and efficiency with out them breaking the bank, and I offer more services than just cutting. Me and my team love to Beautify the property with no extra charge.

What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

Make sure that they are insured, and can handle the task before you let the begin a job, and don’t always take the lowest bid because you may pick up someone that can cause damage to your property with out a way to fix it.

What do you like most about the lawn care industry?

Taking something from nothing and making it beautiful.
