I understand what the site said about 1st time not being perfect but there was No excuse for the poor job last time. I've held back from giving a rating because I do not like to give low ratings but this states that it is required. Even when I'm not at home I can watch then or later whatever is going on in and around my home from the many cameras. The boy with you totally missed a patch of grass?!! in the lawn ! on the side of front porch in the front of our house. Unacceptable! But several things are. Besides Cutting all of the grass I expect ALL of the grass to be Edged on ALL of my property. On the curb by the street on Connecticut and All down 39th St Too! All the way down to the end of my property meeting the 39th St neighbor's line. Then also, of course, ALL of sidewalk -both sides- from Connecticut Ave neighbor's property line in street and sidewalk by driveway. The grass under the back hedges needs to be cut. Perhaps using a regular lawnmower for this area and behind the garage and whatever means, regular lawnmower or weed Wacker to cut side yard between our house and next door neighbor's fence. My husband had to go behind you and boy last time which is against his cardiologist' reccomendation and worries me. That is where we will be tomorrow to get some test results. My brother, who is retired, had a lawn service business for many many years. He says this is an easy enough yard.
