I appreciate that Brian did the front lawn, but he didn't return to do the back lawn (as originally requested). Communication was lacking for confirmation of the appointment and any followup on progress. Stopped communicating entirely after he said he would return to finish the job. Issue was the back gate was locked, but he didn't try contacting me or knocking on the door to see if the back could be accessed. I didn't even think the job was accepted and the only update I got was that the work was completed. It was an okay quick mow. Would have been 4 stars if he did the whole job.
