My lawn was never mowed, I was sent a picture of a lawn that is not mine. I understand that Brother's Ods Llc Is very busy at this time of year, but to charge me for service and fabricate proof of completion is unacceptable. I have received a letter from my city's code enforcement this morning because of my overgrowth. Also Greenpals website seemingly has no option for disputing any service claims, and no one answers the support line.
