It didn't happen...was rescheduled from Friday the 10th to Monday the 13th (No problem) well no one showed up on Tuesday the 14th I recieved notice that my service had been completed which it was not, so I sent a text to the phone number listed ***-***-**** and did not receive a response, so I filed a dispute on the Green Pal app before I was charged only for this company to cancel the service without even responding or trying to fix the issue. Waste of time and such poor service that they can't even respond to their mess up.

This company is a scam. They "run late" and then upload pictures of yards that are not yours to get paid. I've been trying to get them to fix this for 6 days now, and they are unresponsive. I'm very upset

Dominic was great to work with and we even talked through future plans for the yard, despite the fact that this was just for a routine grass cutting appointment. It was drizzling a bit when they came, and the team worked very hard and put a lot of detail into the yard to get done before the full downpour started. You can tell they take pride in their work. We weren't sure if this would be a one-time request before we bought our own mower for a new house, but after they left today, we decided to book them as regular customers.

I asked for the locks to be placed back on the gates bc of my dogs. They did not and the dogs got out. I asked for service to happen only when I'm home to ensure this doesn't happen again. I asked for the Aug 10 schedule to be skipped. And they called to say they were on their way. I'm scheduled for Aug 24, and they haven't shown up. And it's Aug 25 now

Never cut my grass, sent a message he had truck issues. Never replied to my messages and I was still charged. Supposedly they’re not supposed to charge unless you get a picture of your completed service and you have two days from then. However my grass is not cut and the money has already been taken out. Shawn I hope you enjoy those $39. May God Bless you! Don’t ever use this service it’s a waste of money.
