Upset and very perplexed. Shawn and his helper did not complete the original job. I let him know today the job was not completed yesterday, a day after I was told it was complete, and he mentioned he would resolve the issue. He went over today and started mowing our neighbors yard instead of mine!! I don’t even understand how that could happen. Not only is it terrible they were mowing the wrong yard, my neighbor has very sensitive pear trees. She had to go out and let them know they were mowing the wrong house and is very upset!! They ended up completing the original job, but this was after not completing the job in the first place, mowing our neighbors yard accidentally and then finally finishing with a half-hazard photo that didn’t even look like our yard. Do not hire DC Lawn Care. I can’t even believe what has happened and DC Lawn Care should not be an option on this app.

Stop sending me appointments. I cancelled all future appts and do not wish to use green pal. I've done this process already. I cannot support a business or an app that consistently fails to communicate effectively when I am paying for a service. DO NOT SCHEDULE ANY MORE APPTS I DO NOT WISH TO USE GREEN PAL. WE HAVE LANDSCAPE VENDOR ALREADY. Left 1 star because it would not let me leave review otherwise.

I have 2 other properties that need to be done
Grass is really high. Fence is unlocked for backyard. Dogs only do their business out back. Downtown neighborhood.
We have a pergola in the backyard, a little pathway to it and a small brick area in the middle of it. The gate has a padlock on it, but we will text you the code for easy access. We park in the garage, so please let us know if you'll be parking in the driveway :)
