Grass Trimming near Highland Hills

Upset and very perplexed. Shawn and his helper did not complete the original job. I let him know today the job was not completed yesterday, a day after I was told it was complete, and he mentioned he would resolve the issue. He went over today and started mowing our neighbors yard instead of mine!! I don’t even understand how that could happen. Not only is it terrible they were mowing the wrong yard, my neighbor has very sensitive pear trees. She had to go out and let them know they were mowing the wrong house and is very upset!! They ended up completing the original job, but this was after not completing the job in the first place, mowing our neighbors yard accidentally and then finally finishing with a half-hazard photo that didn’t even look like our yard. Do not hire DC Lawn Care. I can’t even believe what has happened and DC Lawn Care should not be an option on this app.

Hello, How it happened was through the Greenpal application... We selected to navigate t your address to finish your service as we ran out of time the day before(your yard was over 2 feet tall and not in the shape the app stated unfortunately). The application fr whatever reason directed us to tmyour neighbors who's grass was also really tall... We cut the front yard and didn't touch her trees at all. She was happy to have a free cut and tipped us.....I wish you would have let us know we were not at your address when you saw us as alot of this would be avoided. But after your neighbor informed us it wasn't the right address we proceed to your address and complete service. Shocked you were home just watching us mow the neighbors yard? But I aologize and take care.

Stop sending me appointments. I cancelled all future appts and do not wish to use green pal. I've done this process already. I cannot support a business or an app that consistently fails to communicate effectively when I am paying for a service. DO NOT SCHEDULE ANY MORE APPTS I DO NOT WISH TO USE GREEN PAL. WE HAVE LANDSCAPE VENDOR ALREADY. Left 1 star because it would not let me leave review otherwise.
