How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
Our company is new to Greenpal so we don’t have many customers, ratings and reviews yet. However, we have been landscaping for more than a decade. We have professional equipment, very good customer service and quality results. We are excited to work with you and take care of your lawn needs. We are very flexible with your mowing schedule. If you request for your lawn to be serviced on a certain day and then we communicate by phone, text or email that it is ok to service your lawn service sooner than you originally requested, that will negatively impact my Reliability Rating. We have successfully completed all of our customers' lawn services on time, not a single later EVER. Our Dependability Rating was impacted by mowing a lawn a day earlier based on the customer's desire.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
We focus on the details that will help your yard look good. Anyone can cut your grass height down lower than what it was to make it look like a they did a good job. We communicate with you to get in agreement so that our results match your expectations.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
Your lawn company should be professional, punctual and leave you with pleasing results. If you’re not getting that, please call us and see the difference that we consistently provide.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
We want to make you smile when you look at your yard. We listen to your needs and also can offer suggestions to help get your lawn the way you want it to be.
