Charles sent me a nice text message the day I accepted his bid for lawn services and stated that I was on his route for June 11th (yesterday). We were home all day and he did not show nor send a text to reschedule. As nightfall approached, I sent a text inquiry to him and although marked as “read,” he has not responded. We are new to the area and looking forward to establishing regular services with his company as well as hire him for additional landscaping projects. It only takes a minute to send a text message to inform someone that they are unable to make a reserved appointment. That is simply common courtesy in business.

hello, my name is Charles Townsend and I own honey dos landscaping llc. I do commercial properties and residential. I want to expand and grow in my area and become a known provider in the area. I work my hardest everyday and exceed all expectations asked of me.
How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
3 years, my mother passed away and left me some money and I built my company in memory of her and it’s been growing and thriving everyday.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
because I put forth all my effort and I make sure the customer is over and beyond happy with what they were having done!
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
let’s talk and get a game plan. you tell me what you’d like and even if you have to change it we can make it happen I want you to love your lawn!
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
Making a property beautiful and amazing looking. Seeing a smile on the customers face when they see what their lawn has become!
