A week after cancelling my first mow of the season, he cancelled all the rest of them and said he no longer services the area. Totally screwed me and left me scrambling to find someone after most people's routes are already full for the season

We tried to go out to your property 3 different times and were unable to find parking for our 16' trailer. To service your property we would have to leave an open top trailer with $20k of equipment parked a block or two away unattended in NE Minneapolis.

Did a decent job on the first cut, but then was scheduled for a second cut and canceled at around 6pm on the day he was supposed to come mow. Cancelled all future mowings.

I'm sorry Brooke, I do have enough clients on your side of town to justify keeping your account. GreenPal lets service providers cancel service if it's not lucrative. We also don't mow on Memorial Day. I'm sure another pro in your area will pick it up soon. Best of luck!

How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?

We have been in business since Fall 2021. I started mowing lawns in third grade to earn money for my first bicycle. I love working outside and take pride in my work

We are the little guy. We value, and need each account no matter how small. We will ALWAYS treat you like our best customer, no matter the job size
