Thank you for considering Innovative Outdoor Services! I’m Robert, the owner, and I’d like to welcome you to our page! I am a father of 3, I also have coached high school football the last 16 years, and love attending our local church with my family!
How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
We have been in business 21 years now! I started this company in high school to make extra money for my first truck, and my passion grew from there, getting my degree in the field, to further enhance my experience and knowledge!
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
I believe it is our transparency and honesty we have with our clients. We are all human, mistakes can happen, misunderstandings can happen, but we are always positive and attentive to our clients thoughts, ideas, and feelings, and ultimately our goal is to always leave you and your yard satisfied!
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
I understand you may not want to converse with vendors, but my biggest suggestion is finding someone who polite, kind, and can hold a conversation with you about your yard, but also be willing to give you the floor at all times to express concerns or ideas.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
It’s selfless and rewarding every single day we wake up! I love making a lasting change for people in there yards, something that they’re proud to wake up and see every morning!
