This is for mowing a small front lawn on either side of driveway and a backyard lawn. There is no pool, just 3 trees in the back. The gate opening is a basic regular track size. This is in Empire Ranch, Folsom.

Just looking to keep the front and back lawns maintained and clean.

Small Front yard of grass. 2 gates to the back with another small area of grass approximately 10 x 20. Different shrubs, plants/flowers. I can send pictures to get a better idea.

Two gates ... a little muddy at the entrance from rain

It's an acre of land and half of it is tall ( probably need a riding mower ) the other half can be cut with a regular one. Do not want any grass left behind. Need a bag because of fox tails and I have animals. I want someone to come once a month.
