There seems to be a misunderstanding We never received any calls to our receptionist nor has our Pros on field... After further investigation of the situation David, we usually charge extra to pick up dog poo... The first time was on us you didn't know! The second time we did it without charging you! Which we don't mind to do but upon our charging extra to our services we received your complaints about the extra charges. Thanks again for your time with our makeup in U-YARDs #1. We hate to see you go!
