The appointment was scheduled quickly for the following day. However, the mowing was undone because the crew mentioned that the edging equipment was broken. I was disappointed because I paid for the service and was promised that someone would take care of it, but more than a week has passed since the last cut, and they have never sent anyone. Unfortunately, we decided to cancel future services.
We greatly appreciate that they arrived on schedule and didn't try to increase the price. We have had this happen numerous times this mowing season on GreenPal. We look forward to a pleasant mowing season. We will recommend them to our neighbors and friends!
This is the first company to come when it was scheduled and not try to up the price. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors and keep them coming back.. Great job!!!
