Professional mower repair shop in Escondido, CA — Hope the owner sees this. Tried to take a weed wacker in for service on a recent Saturday. They close at 2:30 on Saturday. Was driving from Valley Center. Called at 2:20 and spoke to Natalie. Told her I was going to be there right at 2:30 could she possibly stay open for an extra minute or 2. Flatly told me no. I asked her to just stay open until 2:30 Told me she had already closed out her drawer. I arrived at 2:26 and she was already in her car, would not take my repair in. Feel bad for the owner who has obviously worked hard to build a business to have someone like Natalie refuse a customer during business hours. I have bought equipment and supplies from them for the past 12 years. Natalie has lost you a good customer. I will call the owner tomorrow.
