After a 1 1/2 weeks and no calls, I called them and was told I owed $674 and mower was ready to be picked up. Never a call on an estimate or price. I only paid $650 for the mower when I bought it. They tried to charge me for a new battery I replaced just last year and was fine when I took it in. The charged me for new plugs that I changed this year and was running fine when I took it in.
