What People Say About This Shop
Expert lawn equipment repair in Eugene — Bought a BRAND NEW Husqvarna mower from them. Within 5 weeks of normal use, 3 separate parts broke, including a fuel leak. They offered free replacements and fixes, but after the 2nd fix, we brought it back home - mind you, we had to coordinate and borrow a trailer to haul it there and back, 20 miles one-way - and it started leaking fuel again before we even unloaded it off the trailer! So we had to haul it up all the way back again for the third time, so they could actually fix it. We requested to swap out the mower (for the same exact one) because this is a lemon, and it was just barely outside the return window when all these problems started, and they refused to do so unless we pay a 10% restocking fee. They offered us a free air filter and a tune-up instead - because apparently that's worth 8+ hours of our time, gas, and hassle. Not impressed! They still have a chance to make this right, and I hope they do. Top choice for mower repair in the Eugene area.
Professional mower repair shop in Eugene, OR — I brought it 2 pieces of outdoor equipment. Walk behind mower and walk behind yard vac/ Billy goat. I was on vacation for 2 weeks, according to management at work there was no communication while I was gone. Get back and first week no communication. I call to touch base and see about the status of repairs.oh we couldn't get anyone to answer either of the phone numbers you provided... Ok? They are done and ready for payment ... Of course they are ready for $$.. I get management to call in and pay. Now I'm here to pick up equipment and after 15 minutes she comes back and says we're getting them started and ready ... We are now at truck to load and she says it's going to need a new drive belt, it's way to stretched out to operate ... I'm thinking really this is why part of fixing it and getting it running isn't it??? So now I need to get that fixed/ repaired... I work for a government company and need to try and get more $$ for yet another repair, that I feel should have been taken care of the first time !!! I just don't get it !! I used to be a loyal customer and spent over $40,000 here, but my recent experience was unacceptable. I brought in a Husqvarna Z350 for warranty work, and they kept it for two months only to "convert" it to a Z345—stripping away the features I originally paid for. This conversion downgraded my $5,500 machine to a model worth $700 less, yet I never received a refund for the price difference.
If you are looking for the best lawn mower repair and equipment sales in Eugene, OR, I cannot recommend this shop enough. I recently went in to make the very first equipment purchase for my new company, which is always a stressful milestone, but Juan made the entire process incredibly smooth. He was hands down the most helpful dealer I could have imagined working with.
Professional mower repair shop in Eugene, OR — I took a Husqvarna push mower into the shop to have it serviced. When it was ready, I picked it up and started it at home and immediately the kill switch cord broke. All Seasons wouldn't cover it and asked for additional payment to fix it. Poor customer service and a lack of values. We'll take our business elsewhere. One of the best small engine repair shops in Eugene.
As someone managing a large property in Eugene, I’ve relied on All Seasons Equipment for years to keep my fleet in top shape. Their service department is like a high-performance clinic; they just completed a full engine overhaul on my Exmark zero-turn, and it’s running better than the day I bought it. I really appreciate that they are an authorized dealer for Mahindra and STIHL, meaning I always get genuine parts and expert diagnostics.
