Best lawn mower repair in Murfreesboro, TN — Update- after reaching out with the owner, he gladly refunded me and apologized for the negative experience and assured me he would do everything in his power to correct the issue so it wouldn't occur again- that's good enough for me so just wanted to get this out there.👍 Original post- After hooper has had my mower for about 4 weeks, i called today to see where the repair is on their busy schedule. The guy on the line commences to tell me after 4 wks of waiting they can't and won't repair the mower and that i need to come get the mower and make sure to bring a $65.00 diagnostic fee- what. So he tells me further the mowers compression is too low and it would be too expensive to fix it so just come get the mower, pay the fee and go buy a new one- what the hell??? Prior to taking it in, the mower experienced no compression issues whatsoever and I iterated when i took it in that it was likely a carburetor issue- stopped up or maybe bad gas. I feel like they are simply blowing me off just to lighten up their schedule as I am confident the issue is not a compression related. Not confident at all with Hooper now. I gave a 2 here instead of a 1 simply because they had done good work in the past- something odd is going on there now but nothing like my previous experiences with them. Maybe a mechanic issue- who knows… So I'll pay them the hostage fee, pick up the mower, and go seek out a reputable repair shop and get it repaired as planned. In the meantime- the Grass is getting taller! Highly recommended for lawn mower repair in Murfreesboro, TN.
