I was really disappointed with the level of professionalism…the one time he cut my grass was great, he had a conversation with my mom and we were really looking forward to continue working with him. Then one day he just didn’t show up, we called and sent texts and no answer. Later on around midnight I received an email saying that service was cancelled by the customer which was a lie but I thought maybe there was some miscommunication and gave him the benefit of the doubt. So I sent another text the next day and still no answer. We have a decent amount of land so I’m not sure if they just didn’t want to cut for the price they were charging or what, but I wish something was said instead of being ghosted because we would’ve been willing to pay more if that were the case. Unfortunate, but hopefully my experience is an exception and not the norm.
